I had an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks prior for an oil change & inspection. I got there 20 minutes early & was checked in right away. I had anticipated using my first oil change ...which was free. Unfortunately I was told it expired. I didn't know there was an expiration date....considering I only had under 3,000 miles. I felt this was unfair. My mechanic was great....considering I was there for almost 3 hours!!!!! In the future I will take care of maintenance from my mechanic I have been using for 25+years.

So, the waiting room is comfy, and I waited with a book to read until the mechanic Louie finished the various work needed on my Buick, which I bought at Van Buren eleven years ago. Was passing by Van Buren and I made what I thought would be a quick stop to schedule a service appointment for the following week. Colleen (sp?) greeted me, took a look at my truck, and said they had availbility and they could service my truck the same day. I didn't want to sit around and wait and Colleen had someone give me a ride home. About an hour later I rec'd a call and Colleen said the truck was being worked on, they needed a part, someone was sent to get the part and the truck should be ready within in two hours. Sure enough two hours later I rec'd a call saying the truck was done and I picked it up. The problem was fixed and my truck is operating fine. Good job Van Buren and Colleen! Thanks

I live most of the year in Florida.After leasing my fifth or sixth vehicle from Van Buren in February 2024 it sat in my driveway until June 2024 when I returned to New York. I then returned to Florida until November for two months. I returned to Florida until June 2025. I called the dealership and was told the first oil change was complementary. I called back to make an appointment and was given the next available date which was 7/28. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was told I owed $97.00 because it was past a year (it only had 7000 miles)and then was charged extra for paying with my credit card.

I will never bring my Buick back to the dealer for service. I've brought my car to the dealer for the 89.00 service that included thee oil change, rotate tires and check fluids. My las visit I was told the prices changed and that the new charge is 169.00 plus tax and the penalty using my credit card to pay the bill. This is a joke and a money grab. I should have been told when I made the appointment of the impending rate increase however I'm sure someone's commission was more import. 130.00 plus for an oil change? I will advise anyone I speak to of your poor business practices And to ad to the insult, when I expressed my dissatisfaction to the women at the desk by the break room she asked my how many cars have I purchased from the dealer? Really?

The vehicle was delivered with a service alert from On Star that couldn't be cleared. The vehicle is now in for repair and I'm told awaiting a part to complete the job. I feel that the vehicle should have been checked out prior to delivery so the necessary repairs could have been rectified prior to me turning in my previous lease and accepting this one. I am now being inconvenienced with at least two visits to the service department on my personal time.

No Complaints here. I had an awesome buying experience with Joe Fusco. After going to 3 other dealerships I called Van Buren. Joe was excellent, very helpful, no gimmicks and no going around in circles on a deal. I worked the whole deal out on the phone with Joe, he gave me a great trade in value for my car and all I had to do was show up and sign on the dotted line. Darnell in finance was fantastic, the transaction was smooth and done in no time at all. It was the best buying experience I have had on Long Island ever.
